Secunia has discovered vulnerability in Microsoft's Internet Explorer
(IE) browser that blocks Google's
Adsense or Ads by
Google from being displayed.
The first suggestion from
Secunia for the Internet users is to switch over to another browser
from Microsoft's (IE).
According to Secunia the
blocking of Google's
Adsense happens due to high security level in Internet
Explorer (IE).
How does it affect Google's
Adsense?
Experience yourself...
- Open the IE browser.
- Click Tools.
- Click Internet Options.
- Select the Security tab
- Select Internet.
- Click Custom Level button.
- Reset the custom levels to "High"
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
Now
open the site that displays Google's AdSense you will find nothing but
only blank area in place of Google's ads. It happens because you have
selected High security level.
This problem is almost similar to
Norton's Internet Security feature. This antivirus program has inbuilt
'ad blocking' feature that turned on by default. Many Internet users
are unknown to this feature and theyeven have no idea about this option
that resulted in blocking the Google's Adsense.
Later Microsoft has come with the patches to rectify this problem.
